Nurse Scheduling Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with at least two years of hands-on experience coordinating nursing schedules. While a high school diploma or GED is required, candidates with an associate degree are preferred.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of two years’ background in scheduling within a healthcare or nursing environment

• Familiarity with various health insurance plans, including government (Medicare/Medicaid) and private payers

• Comfortable using scheduling software and digital coordination tools

• A solid understanding of the clinical services our organization offers

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage, assign, and follow up on recurring nurse visits

• Skilled at relaying patient assignments and primary nurse roles from management to field personnel

• Responsible for obtaining and tracking necessary authorizations for patient care as needed

• Coordinates infusion therapy plans with physicians and keeps detailed communication records

• Tracks visits conducted by partner agencies and ensures monthly reporting is accurate

• Acts as liaison to external providers, requesting documentation such as nursing notes, invoices, and statements

• Maintains organized records for credentialing and insurance of outside staffing partners

• Works closely with Intake and Pharmacy teams to align visit schedules with medication orders

Shift requirements: M-F 9am-5:30pm; optional on-call for weekends

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
