Indoor Air and Asbestos Safety Technician (AST)
Our client is looking for someone to join their Industrial Hygiene Division. This is a remote role working from home in Northern NJ, with occasional trips to HQ in Southern NJ. Responsibilities: - Perform air monitoring and contractor oversight during asbestos abatement projects - Inspection and on-site monitoring for asbestos, mold, lead paint and indoor air quality - Conduct detailed surveys for asbestos, lead based paint, right to know, and mold - Maintain, operate, and calibrate a variety of sampling and monitoring equipment - Technical report writing and interpretation of analytical data Requirements: - New Jersey Asbestos Safety Technician certification - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience - HS Diploma, mechanical/trade school, and/or college degree is preferred - Current EPA/AHERA building inspector accreditation preferred - Knowledge of general building mechanical systems and building construction - Valid driver's license - Ability to work OT and shift coverage #ZRCH...Join Omni Wound Physicians as we expand our advanced wound care services throughout Massachusetts!
