Caring Transitions of West Jacksonville specializes in relocation, downsizing, and liquidations, helping both seniors and families make smooth and stress-free transitions to new living situations. We’re hiring a fantastic part-time team member to work in the West Jacksonville area. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a part-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our referral network and generate qualified leads within a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and an authentic connection to our mission.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:

  • Identify and develop new referral sources in the Avondale, Ortega, Riverside, and West Jacksonville areas.
  • Actively contact and follow up with leads by phone, email, and in-person meetings (local travel required).
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with community partners, service providers, and senior-focused organizations.
  • Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement local growth strategies and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Utilize branded materials, social media tools, training content, and email campaigns to promote services and increase brand awareness.
  • Participate in webinars, networking events, and community outreach to stay visible in the market.
  • Provide regular activity reports and performance updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma (college degree preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Able to work 10-15 hours/week with flexible scheduling.
  • Flexibility to work from home, mandatory in-person weekly meeting 
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
