Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Rochester, MN.
The contributions you will make: This position provides specialized support to the Agri-Access Traditional Credit Team by processing and onboarding new loans and leases, managing incoming documentation, maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring communication between internal stakeholders is timely and effective. Balances multiple systems and high-volume work with accuracy, professionalism and client-centered service. Supports business continuity by adapting to shifting needs and offering consistent collaboration across teams.A typical day:

Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay
$45,900—$65,000 USD
