Position: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all digital and operational activities, including website management, webinars, email campaigns, marketing tech stack, analytics, SEO, social media, and content syndication. You will analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations. This role requires US citizenship, is remote-first with a preference for candidates near our offices, and involves occasional travel. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Manage and optimize the company website using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency. Email Marketing & MOPs: Oversee HubSpot operations, develop email strategies, and improve workflows for engagement and conversions. SEO & Paid Campaigns: Manage SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn. Analytics & KPI Tracking: Monitor KPIs, collaborate on marketing reporting, and utilize tools like GA, GTM, SEMrush for analysis. Social Media Management: Develop strategies for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and others; monitor metrics and optimize engagement. Webinar Management: Execute webinar strategies and manage tools like Zoom. Content Syndication & 3rd Party Reviews: Develop discoverability strategies through content syndication and review sites. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with content, design, and product teams; manage relationships with agencies and freelancers. Required Skills: 5+ years in digital marketing, with website management and MAP experience. Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google suite, WordPress, Figma, LinkedIn, G2, etc. Passion for startups, outcome-focused, proactive attitude. Strong analytical and communication skills; experience in cybersecurity preferred. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Monday.com, BI tools, and managing marketing agencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. HubSpot certifications with at least 2 years of experience. Google Ads certifications. US citizenship and ability to pass background check.
