The Executive Assistant To The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a critical partner in ensuring the success of The Washington Post's financial leadership. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strategic awareness, providing seamless administrative and operational support to the CFO while navigating a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, a service-minded attitude, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, efficiency, and diplomacy. You'll be responsible for maintaining the CFO's calendar, coordinating cross-functional meetings and travel, managing communications, and supporting the broader Finance team through administrative coordination and internal event planning. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the success of our finance function while working closely with senior leaders at The Washington Post.
The Washington Post's policy for employees is five days per week in the office, with exceptions for newsgathering and general business travel.

The salary range for this position is:
74,000.00 - 111,000.00 USD Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
