Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Document interactions and resolutions in our customer support system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Assist in creating and updating FAQ documents and support resources. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to think critically. Familiarity with customer support software and tools. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
