RVNAhealth is seeking a self-motivated, compassionate RN to join our Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) team. This evidence-based, community health program transforms the lives of parents and their children by providing vital home-based nursing support from pregnancy through the child's second birthday.
As a Nurse Home Visitor , you will work directly with eligible individuals and families, delivering nursing education in the home setting. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting healthier pregnancies, stronger parent-child relationships, early childhood development, and long-term family success.

Compensation: Our target pay range for this position is $86,000 to $90,000 per year. This pay range represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.It will be a condition of employment at RVNAhealth to submit to a pre-employment physical/drug screen and background check, which may include the following: fingerprinting, verification of employment, paraprofessional certifications, designations or licenses, and educational background.
