Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Fort Dodge, IA
Start Date: 9/15/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week Weekends: TBD, based on cases On Call: TBDThe Travel PT will work in a mixed setting, providing both outpatient and acute care services. The schedule includes primarily outpatient therapy, with one day per week in acute care. The therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
Patient Caseload:
Acute Care: 10–12 patients/day
Outpatient: 8–10 patients/day
EMR: Epic
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
Outpatient experience required ; inpatient/acute care experience strongly encouraged
Epic EMR experience
BLS certification
