Position Overview

Harris Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality therapeutic care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Document patient progress, reassessments, and discharge plans
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and rehabilitation standards

Qualifications

• ? Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• ? Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• ? Preferred 1+ year experience in acute care, outpatient, or inpatient rehab
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate patients and foster a positive healing environment
