As an General Manager, you will:

• Utilize selection, development and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience.

• Own all front of house routines, systems and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability.

• Improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team.

• Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager.

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role

• A passion for service and a strong desire to pursue a career in hospitality

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others

• A passion and commitment to healthy living, teamwork, and fun

• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guest
