Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Centreville, VA
Start Date: 09/22/2025
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details:
Day shift, 8-hour days
36 hours guaranteed weekly (expectation of up to 40 hours)
OT must be pre-approved by director
No floating to other clinics
Requirements:
Active VA PT license (or eligibility)
Outpatient ortho/sports medicine experience preferred
Will accept new grads
Will accept first-time travelers
Scope of Role:
The Physical Therapist will provide patient-centered outpatient care with a primary focus on orthopedics and sports medicine. Responsibilities include evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans, patient/family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation.
Patient Details:
Outpatient population: ortho/sports medicine
Productivity expectation: 60 visits/week
Patient load: 12–14 patients/day
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
